UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in San Jose serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 697 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
