UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Silverline Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tucson, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
