UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Highbridge Bright Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
