UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Bluepeak Ridge Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around family communication that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
