UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Medical Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
