UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
