UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
