UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Highbridge North Early Learning · Remote · part time

Highbridge North Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
