UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Ironwood Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tampa design routes and schedules. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around service alerts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
