UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Stonegate Quill Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
