UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Press Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
