UX Designer - accessibility review (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Raleigh. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
