UX Designer - accessibility review (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Cobalt Medical Group is a Raleigh company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
