UX Designer - accessibility review (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline Thistle Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
