UX Designer - accessibility review (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Sable Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
