UX Designer - accessibility review (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Providence. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
