Clinicians and administrators work side by side.
What you will do

• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
What we are looking for
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have
• Background in patient scheduling.
• Experience running usability tests.
Working arrangement

• On site in Providence.
• We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
