UX Designer - accessibility review (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Juniper Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
