UX Designer - accessibility review (Providence, RI)

Silverline Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Providence, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Providence. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
