UX Designer - accessibility review (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Portland, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
