• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
What we are looking for
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
Nice to have
• Background in licensing records.
• Experience running usability tests.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• On site in Portland.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
