UX Designer - accessibility review (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ridge Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
