UX Designer - accessibility review (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Portland with claims and service teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
