UX Designer - accessibility review (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
