UX Designer - accessibility review (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
