UX Designer - accessibility review (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Wilder Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Phoenix. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
