UX Designer - accessibility review (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Phoenix serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in account openings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
