UX Designer - accessibility review (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Kestrel Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
