UX Designer - accessibility review (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Haven Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
