UX Designer - accessibility review (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Fox Insurance is an insurance company in Phoenix with claims and service teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in claims. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
