UX Designer - accessibility review (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Haven Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Phoenix, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
