UX Designer - accessibility review (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Forge Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 782 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
