UX Designer - accessibility review (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Nova Granite Financial and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
