UX Designer - accessibility review (Omaha, NE)

Summit Meadow Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 781 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
