UX Designer - accessibility review (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Cobalt Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 935 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
