UX Designer - accessibility review (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Stone Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
