UX Designer - accessibility review (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Field Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Oklahoma City. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
