UX Designer - accessibility review (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Amber Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
