UX Designer - accessibility review (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Amber Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
