UX Designer - accessibility review (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Nashville presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in event logistics. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
