UX Designer - accessibility review (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Cross Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
