UX Designer - accessibility review (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Ember Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
