UX Designer - accessibility review (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
