UX Designer - accessibility review (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Maple Press produces print and digital publications in Minneapolis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 751 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in press runs. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
