UX Designer - accessibility review (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Kestrel Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 677 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
