UX Designer - accessibility review (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Milwaukee with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
