UX Designer - accessibility review (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
