UX Designer - accessibility review (Miami, FL)
Silverline Wilder Markets · Miami, FL · contract

You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Miami.
What you will do
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure.
What we are looking for
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have
• Background in shrink and waste.
• Experience running usability tests.
Working arrangement
• Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
• On site in Miami.
• We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
