UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

Bright Sable Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Memphis plant. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in proofing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
