UX Designer - accessibility review (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Memphis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
